Bud of Spring

Let me have peace in this Easter morning.

Let me trust in the bud of spring.

Let me hope for the blooms to come.

Let me see the beauty in the lasting ripples of tempests’ waves.

Let me reach as far as the flight of our mourning doves.

Let me trust in the dense green of common grass.

And let me give as much as I’ve received from this abundant love.
