Just take a moment to reflect.
Spend a minute observing
This place you are in,
The earth’s rotation,
Gravity’s pull,
Your inner spin.
Reflect…
Just use this moment to reflect.
Spend a second or two reminiscing
On everything you have gone through,
The years’ momentum,
Time’s building haste,
Your inner growth.
Reflect.
Just thank God you have space to reflect.
Spend your day being grateful for the present,
Humans’ ability to carve out time,
To Laugh, cry, sing, and share
In the midst of never ending chaos,
The confusion which remains out there.
Reflect.
