Within You

Inhale and exhale:

Find rejuvination

In the gift of this breath.

Close and open your eyes:

See the darkness

That teaches you

To bask in light.

Put your hands together:

Caress the callouses

That make you grow.

Listen to your pulse:

Hear the beat

Of the slowing organs

Which give you life.

Inhale and exhale:

Find peace
